The music by Devi Sri Prasad was good in the movie.
The director showed extreme characterization for every character in the movie. Like Sidhu’s friends are extremely bad. In real life, such characters do not live in a colony where families live. The character of the girl is also maximized. I know girls a bit fast these days but the extremeness shown in this movie was a little bit hard to believe. But I guess the director had three hours and he tried to fit in as much as he can so in that process all the characters got magnified.
Kumari 21F, the title takes you back to the chat rooms days where a random girl or boy comes in to the chat room and we ask ASL (Age, Sex, Location) of that person. Now we have Facebook and we need not ask that person about his/her details. The movie starts with Sidhu being pulled away to police station by a police officer and beating him up, inquiring about his friends. The movie starts with a suspense of whats wrong with Sidhu’s friends. Too much negativeness in the characterization of Kumari. Why did Sidhu’s dad leave his mom? Will he get back with his dad? Why did Kumari shift from Mumbai? Did Sidhu make good friends? Are Sidhu’s doubts on Kumari true? Will Sidhu and Kumari get back together?Įvery actor has done his/her role perfectly. Sidhu, a chef who comes from a middle class family. He hates his dad for leaving his mother and marrying an other woman. He falls in love with a girl named Kumari, a model who recently shifted from Mumbai. Sidhu’s friends express doubts on Kumari’s character. Sidhu is in a fix to decide whether to love her or not.
